Hisham Elhaddad is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at HOF Capital, where he focuses on machine learning, robotics and enterprise software.
He is a lead investor in Mach Music, a mobile value-added services company in Sao Paolo, Brazil. Serving on the board, he helped facilitate the firm’s expansion into 9 Latin American countries.
In collaboration with Onsi Sawiris and Fady Yacoub, Hisham co-founded Energal, a sustainable energy company tackling transmission and distribution inefficiencies in emerging markets.
Hisham previously worked at Entrepreneur's Roundtable Accelerator (ERA), an early stage fund and technology accelerator in New York. He helped source new investment opportunities and advised portfolio companies on growth and fundraising strategies.
Earlier in his career, he led the export department of a family-owned food processing firm in Egypt, where he also sits on the board. During his tenure, he led the department’s growth to $65m in annual revenues, up 14% YoY.
Prior to that, he was a data analyst at Switch SuperNap, which builds and operates the highest-rated colocation data centers in the world.
Hisham holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Boston University. He is fluent in English, German, and Arabic, with a working proficiency in French.
