Prior to joining HOF Capital, Victor spent 4 years as a technology investment banker, helping early- and growth-stage VC-backed companies raise funding and achieve successful exits via M&A.
His transaction experience includes Raydiance’s $20m growth round led by Samsung Ventures; ManageIQ’s $112m exit to Red Hat; Arkeia’s $18m exit to Western Digital; Generix’s divestiture of its GCE ERP business to Aurea; NTT’s divestiture of Verio to Endurance International Group; and Mobile Travel Technologies’ €70m exit to Travelport.
In his most recent role with Magister Advisors, a specialist technology investment bank based in London, Victor sourced several growth-stage technology clients including the leading emerging markets-focused mobile carrier billing technology provider. He also co-authored one of the most widely read reports on the Bitcoin / Blockchain industry, called “the most comprehensive report to date” by Business Insider. Victor helped establish the NYC headquarters for Arma Partners (a London-based technology investment bank) and the European headquarters for AGC Partners (a Boston-based technology investment bank).
Earlier in his career, Victor also gained valuable operational and management experience as the Operations Manager for Sears Holdings’ flagship store in the North San Francisco District, where he led 150 employees. Victor earned a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular & Cell Biology with a Minor in Nutritional Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and conducted biomedical / genetic research at the Stanford University School of Medicine.
